Compression Boots
Pulsio Pro Compression Boots use advanced, wireless air compression to help reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and speed up recovery. The boots apply rhythmic pressure from the feet up through the legs, helping to flush out fatigue and leave your legs feeling lighter and refreshed.

Stronger 4 Longer
Stronger for Longer is a strength, balance, and coordination class designed specifically for adults in their later years to help improve confidence, independence, and overall quality of life.
This class combines simple but effective resistance exercises with balance and coordination work to improve stability, reduce fall risk, and build functional strength for everyday movement. Suitable for all abilities, with progressions and modifications provided throughout to ensure everyone can train safely and at their own pace.

Cardiac Rehab
Our Cardiac Rehabilitation class is a supervised exercise-based programme designed to support safe return to physical activity following a cardiac event or diagnosis.
This class focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness, strength, and confidence in movement within a controlled and supportive environment. All sessions are tailored to individual ability levels and progress gradually under professional guidance.

Our Story
Empowering Your Health Journey
ARCH Wellness Centre was created from a simple belief — that everyone deserves access to the right support to move well, feel strong, and live a healthier life.

My background is in exercise physiology, and over the years I’ve worked with a wide range of people — from general population to athletes looking to improve performance, to individuals managing chronic conditions, to older adults who simply want to stay active and independent. One thing became very clear: there is often a gap between healthcare and fitness, and many people fall into that space without the guidance they need.

ARCH Wellness was built to bridge that gap.
A big part of that approach is a strong focus on Pilates and recovery. Pilates is one of the most effective ways to build strength, improve movement, and develop real control of the body. It’s about creating a solid foundation that supports and enhances everything else you do, whether that’s daily life, sport, or recovering from injury or a chronic condition.

Recovery is just as important. It’s often the missing piece for people who feel tight, sore, or constantly fatigued. By incorporating recovery services into the centre, the aim is to help people move better, reduce discomfort, and get more out of their training — while also supporting circulation, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.
I wanted to create a space where people feel comfortable walking in, regardless of their starting point. Whether you’re returning from injury, managing a health condition, or just looking to improve your fitness, the focus is always the same — providing the right level of support, in a safe and structured way.

What makes this approach different is that it’s not about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all programmes. Every person is treated as an individual, with coaching that is tailored, progressive, and grounded in evidence. At the same time, it’s important that the environment is welcoming, encouraging, and enjoyable — because long-term results come from consistency.
